Returns and Refunds

RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by since delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to accept your return request.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. Please be sure to read thoroughly before submitting your return.
We don't offer free return at this time. Since you are importing luxury goods directly from Italy, all returns will be processed by custom in Italy. 
We charge a flat rate of $35 per item.
Import duties/taxes are non refundable as it's collected by Customs in your country.

We don't accept return in our office in Delaware (No exception and no refund). Keep in mind that all returns must be shipped back to our partners in Italy and any returns to our office in Delaware will not be accepted and refund will not be issued. 

If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund by Baltini.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with tag(s) ,label(s) still attached. If any tag(s) or label(s) are removed from the item, then the return will not be accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

All returns must include the dust bag. brand box, shoebox, and all original packaging as these items are considered part of the product.

Items from different boutiques should not be returned together. Please return each item individually using separate shipping boxes and return labels.

We do not accept returns for fur coats and down jackets.

If under exceptional circumstances we accept a return for a down jacket or fur coat, please be aware there will be higher than normal return charges and fees.

Colors can appear as a slightly different shade on your display depending on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet. We always make our best effort to display colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee it.

We monitor the number of returns made by each customer. Our team may flag any return and refuse it at our discretion. Excessive returns may lead to the closure of your Baltini account.

REQUESTING A RETURN:

  • Carefully review our return policy before proceeding to the next step.
  • Specify your order number and email address on file and click 'Find your order'.
  • After we receive your return request, we will review it and will contact you within 24 business hours.
  • If your return request is approved, we will notify you with further instructions.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are treated like returns. If you would like to make an exchange, then you will need to return the original item first. Since our products are sourced from boutiques partner in Italy, you will need to place another order for the new item you wish to purchase. 
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received, and we verify that it complies with our return policy, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of return shipping cost and import duties/taxes. Please note, import duties/taxes are non refundable through Baltini.
