Return Policy

*The cost of the return label is:
United States & International Regions
- Each item is subject to a flat fee USD 35.
Singapore
- Each item is subject to a flat fee SGD 50.
Australia
- Each item is subject to a flat fee AUD 50.
Hong Kong
- Each item is subject to a flat fee HKD 275.
United Kingdom
- Each item is subject to a flat fee GBP 28.
Canada
- Each item is subject to a flat fee CAD 40.
Europe
- Each item is subject to a flat fee EUR 30.
 
*Import Duties/Taxes are non-refundable as it's collected by Customs in your country.

*If you are requesting a return for multiple items under one order, please submit it one by one in order for us to upload the return label for each return. (Different item is going to different boutique)
 
 
Please carefully read and accept our return policy below:
 
1.a We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery (Item must be in original condition).
Which means unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.
All returns must include the dust bag, brand box, shoebox and all original packaging as these items are considered part of the product.
 
1.b Exchanges are treated like returns.
Your current order will be treated as a return. Please place a new order if you'd like to get a new item.
 
1.c We don't accept return in our Las Vegas office (No exception and no refund).
Keep in mind that all returns must be shipped back to our partners in Italy and any returns to our office in Las Vegas will be declined and no refund.
 
1.d Do not use your own return label.
All returns must be shipped back to Italy using the return label from us.

Pick-up: If you'd like to schedule a pick-up, please contact us at returns@baltini.com after you receive the return label (only eligible for DHL labels)

Keep in mind if the items are returned without our approval, shipping cost, taxes, and custom fees will be the responsibility of the customers. 
No refund will be issued.
